Agriculture, livestock farming, and local products. We visit Sa Granja, an educational reference center for the primary sector of Menorca. During this visit, agriculture is examined, introducing the forages as well as the vegetable garden. We also explore livestock farming, particularly the native breeds, their characteristics, nutrition, and management. Finally, we enter the cheese factory to learn how to make Menorcan cheese in an artisanal way.
