We open the barriers of Binillubet so that students can learn about the countryside lifestyle, livestock management and especially how local products such as cheese are made. In Binillubet we have the first educational room and rural laboratory on the island and the students, among other participatory actions and after getting to know the cows and their young, make artisanal cheese with "fogasser" and tying. We also visited other animals and finished with a sensory cheese tasting.
